At Agross, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and reliably. Please review our shipping policy for details on how we ensure your products reach you in perfect condition.
1. Shipping Coverage
- Local Deliveries: We ship nationwide across the Philippines.
- International Orders: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Delivery Times
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time:
- Within Cebu City: 1–2 business days.
- Outside Cebu City: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
3. Shipping Fees
- Free Delivery: Available for orders over +10kg of coffee beans within Metro Cebu.

Standard Delivery Charges:
- Orders outside the free delivery radius or below10kg of coffee beans will incur a shipping fee based on location and weight. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
4. Bulk Orders
- For bulk orders, shipping fees may vary depending on the size and weight of the order. Our team will provide the exact shipping cost upon request or during quotation.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
6. Delivery Policy
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the provided delivery address is accurate.
- We will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
7. Returns Due to Shipping Issues
- If your order is damaged or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Include photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.
