At Agross, we strive to provide top-quality roasted coffee beans and exceptional service. Since our products are perishable, we have a clear return policy to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining product integrity.
Return Policy for Defective or Damaged Products:
- If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
- To be eligible for a return: The product must be in its original condition (unopened, unused), and you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please inspect your order upon reception. If there are issues, we will evaluate the problem and arrange a solution, including a replacement or refund if applicable.
Non-returnable Items:
- As our products are perishable, coffee beans and other food products are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
- We do not accept returns on sale items or promotional offers.
Volume-Based Orders & Special Products:
- If you ordered bulk or wholesale quantities, please ensure that your order is what you intend to purchase, as we do not accept returns on bulk orders unless there is an error on our part.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend placing a new order. If the returned item qualifies for a replacement, we will offer a credit toward your next purchase.
Refunds:
- Refunds are not typically applicable to perishable products unless there is an issue with the product's quality (e.g., defects, damage, incorrect order).
- If your return is approved due to an error or defect, we will refund your payment to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Shipping for Returns:
- If the product is defective or wrong, we will cover return shipping costs and send you a prepaid return label.
- No returns will be accepted unless you contact us first at info@agross.ph.

- Free Delivery: Any free delivery offers apply only to new orders and are subject to our standard volume and location terms.
- Cancellations: Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. If your order has already been shipped, the usual return policy applies.
