Who supplies wholesale coffee beans to cafés in Cebu?
Agross Agri Trading supplies wholesale roasted coffee beans to cafés, restaurants, hotels and offices across Metro Cebu, and ships to the rest of the Philippines. Beans are packed fresh in Cebu and delivered locally, often the same day. Wholesale prices start at PHP 710 per kilo, before VAT. Free samples are available to businesses buying or planning at least 10 kg a month.
What does Agross sell?
Agross sells roasted coffee beans by the kilo: 100% Arabica, 100% Robusta, and four Arabica/Robusta blends. Every line comes whole bean or ground to your brewing method. Agross is a wholesale supplier to businesses, not a retail café, and sells coffee beans rather than green beans.
What roast level do you use?
Medium-dark across the whole range. It holds up best across espresso, milk-based drinks and filter, which is what most café menus actually run.
Can Agross grind the beans for my machine?
Yes. Every line is supplied whole bean or ground to your brewing method, including fine for espresso, medium for pour over, medium coarse for batch and drip machines, and coarse for French press. The grind is set per order at no extra cost.

How much do wholesale coffee beans cost per kilo at Agross?
Wholesale prices per kilo, before VAT: 100% Robusta PHP 710, Blend 2 (20% Arabica) PHP 760, Blend 5 PHP 835, Blend 7 PHP 885, Blend 8 PHP 910, 100% Arabica PHP 960. Orders of 50 kg and above move to a bulk rate that is lower on every line.

What is the minimum wholesale order?
Wholesale pricing starts from 1 kg, so a café can buy a single kilo to test before committing to a supplier. The bulk price tier begins at 50 kg.
Do you sell 500 g packs?
Yes, on a 20 kg total order minimum. Our standard minimum pack size is 1 kg.
Is there a bulk discount on larger coffee orders?
Yes. Agross prices in two tiers only. Orders from 1 to 49 kg use the standard per-kilo rate. Orders of 50 kg and above use a bulk rate that is lower on every line. For a written bulk quotation, call 0919 090 7001.
What payment methods does Agross accept, and are prices VAT inclusive?
Agross accepts cash, bank transfer, InstaPay, GCash and major cards where available. Published prices are VAT-exclusive. 12% VAT is added at checkout on all orders; a VAT invoice is available on request.

Does Agross deliver same-day in Metro Cebu?
Yes. Orders placed before 5 PM are delivered the same day across Metro Cebu, subject to stock and delivery area. Coverage includes Cebu City, Mandaue, Lapu-Lapu, Mactan, Talisay, Consolacion and Minglanilla. Nearby Cebu areas are served by quote.

Is delivery free?
Free within Metro Cebu on orders of 50 kg and up. Below 50 kg a delivery fee applies. Metro Cebu orders placed before 5 PM go out same day; nationwide shipping takes 3 to 7 business days.
Does Agross supply businesses outside Cebu?
Yes. Agross ships roasted coffee beans to Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao by courier, typically arriving in 3 to 7 business days. Metro Cebu is prioritised for same-day delivery. Tell Agross your city and the shipping rate is confirmed before you order.

What changes depending on the room, the machine and the brand on the bag.
Which blend suits a café serving mostly espresso and milk drinks?
Blends carrying more Robusta give more body and crema, so the coffee still reads through milk, sugar and ice. More Arabica gives more sweetness and aroma. Agross supplies the full range from 100% Robusta to 100% Arabica, so the ratio can be matched to your menu and cost per cup.
Can Agross supply coffee for a hotel breakfast buffet?
Yes. Agross supplies hotels and resorts in Metro Cebu and elsewhere in the Philippines on a repeat delivery schedule set around service volume. Blends are chosen around the equipment in use, from bulk brewers to espresso machines. Call 0919 090 7001 to arrange samples and a supply schedule.
Can Agross supply an office or BPO pantry?
Yes. Offices and BPO pantries buy at the same per-kilo wholesale rates, whole bean or ground to suit the pantry machine, with deliveries scheduled around how fast the site gets through coffee. There is no separate office price list, and the same 50 kg bulk tier applies.
Can Agross make a custom blend?
Yes. Agross can build a custom Arabica and Robusta ratio around flavour, strength, crema and a target cost per cup, then keep supplying that ratio on repeat orders. Samples of the proposed ratio are provided before you commit to it.
Does Agross offer private label or unbranded packaging?
Yes. Printed private-label packaging is available from 50 kg per order, with the exact minimum confirmed on your quote. Below 50 kg we supply plain unbranded bags only, subject to our standard 1 kg minimum pack size, so you apply your own labelling.

Does Agross offer free samples?
Yes. Cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices and resellers buying or planning at least 10 kg per month can request free samples. There is no purchase required. We match the samples to your menu, machine and target cost per cup, and send your per-kilo pricing at the same time.
How do I switch coffee suppliers without disrupting service?
Request a free sample and brew it on your own machine beside your current beans, at your usual dose and grind. Order a small quantity and run it for one service cycle, confirm the grind and weekly volume, then move across fully. Agross samples are free for businesses buying or planning at least 10 kg a month.
How do I open a wholesale account with Agross?
