How does the free sample work?
Free samples are for cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices, and resellers buying or planning at least 10kg/month. We match the samples to your menu, target cost per cup and volume, and your exact per-kilo rate comes back with them.
Is there a minimum order or lock-in?
No lock-in contract. Beans start from 1 kg; printed private-label bags start from 50 kg, with the exact minimum confirmed on your quote. Below 50 kg we supply plain unbranded bags only. Testing and reordering stay straightforward.
How fast is delivery?
Metro Cebu orders placed before 11 AM qualify for same-day delivery. We also ship nationwide across the Philippines in 3 to 7 business days.
Can you match our current blend or make a custom one?
Yes. We can recommend a close match to your current profile, or help develop a custom blend based on flavour, body and budget.
