01How does the free sample work?
Free samples are for cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices and resellers buying or planning at least 10kg/month. We match samples to your menu, target cost per cup and volume, and your exact per-kilo rate comes back with them.
02Is there a minimum order or lock-in?
No lock-in contract. Beans start from 1 kg; printed private-label bags start from 50 kg, confirmed on your quote. Testing and reordering stay straightforward.
03How fast is delivery?
Metro Cebu orders placed before 5 PM qualify for same-day delivery. We also ship nationwide across the Philippines in 3 to 7 business days.
04Can you match our current blend or make a custom one?
Yes. We can recommend a close match to your current profile, or help develop a custom blend based on flavour, body and budget.
05Do you offer private label packaging?
Yes. Printed private-label bags are available from 50 kg per order, with the exact minimum confirmed on your quote. Below 50 kg we supply plain unbranded bags you can label yourself.
06What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, bank transfer, InstaPay, GCash and major cards where available. Published prices are VAT-exclusive; 12% VAT is added at checkout, and a VAT invoice is available on request.
