Do we need an espresso machine or a barista to serve this in our office?
No. Our beans are roasted to work well in a French press, a drip or filter coffee machine, or a basic office espresso machine — no barista skills required. If your team just wants a simple filter setup, our 100% Robusta or Blend 2 are easy starting points.
What's the minimum order for an office?
There's no bulk minimum. Orders start from 1kg, so you can order exactly what your pantry needs — no lock-in contract, and you can reorder, change roasts, or pause anytime.
Do you offer free samples before we commit?
Free samples are available for businesses already using or planning around 10kg or more a month. If your office is starting smaller than that, the easiest way to try us is to place a small first order — from 1kg — so you can taste the beans in your own machine before deciding on a regular order.
How do we pay, and can we get an invoice for accounting?
We accept cash, bank transfer, InstaPay, GCash, and major cards. A VAT invoice is available on request, which makes it easy to expense as a recurring office supply line item.
How fast can we get coffee delivered?
Orders placed before 5PM are delivered same-day within Metro Cebu. Nationwide shipping across the Philippines takes 3–7 business days.
