Can you supply different coffee blends for different outlets, like our lobby lounge versus banquet service?
Yes. Many properties order more than one roast from us, for example a smoother Arabica-forward blend for the lobby lounge and a Robusta-heavier blend for high-volume banquet service or in-room coffee. Each roast can be ordered and reordered on its own schedule.
Do you provide VAT invoices and formal quotes for procurement?
Yes. Pricing on this page is VAT-exclusive, with 12% VAT added at checkout, and a VAT invoice is available on request. If you need a formal quote in writing for internal approval, send your request and we'll have it back to you the same business day.
Is there a minimum order or a supply contract?
No lock-in contract. You can order from 1kg up, though most hotel-scale orders use our 50kg+ bulk pricing tier. Reorder whenever suits your outlets, there's no fixed schedule you're required to follow.
Can we get free samples before switching suppliers?
Yes, if your property is buying or planning at least 10kg a month. We send samples matched to your menu and target cost per cup, along with the per-kilo rate for that blend, so you can taste-test before committing.
How reliable is delivery? Can you guarantee no shortages during a banquet or peak season?
Coffee is roasted and packed fresh at our Talisay, Cebu warehouse rather than pulled from aged stock. Metro Cebu orders placed before 5PM are delivered same-day, and nationwide shipping to other properties takes 3 to 7 business days. Many hotels start by running us on around 10% of their volume for a month to confirm reliability before shifting more over.
Do you offer private label, branded bags for in-room coffee?
Yes, printed private label bags are available from a 50kg order, which works well for branded in-room coffee. Orders below 50kg are packed in plain, unbranded bags.
