When you run a café, hotel or restaurant, your coffee supplier's location matters as much as the beans. A supplier across the country can't save you when you run low mid-service. Agross is Cebu-based, so we deliver fresh, same-day, right across Metro Cebu.
Agross delivers wholesale coffee across Metro Cebu the same day when you order before 11 AM. Coverage includes Cebu City, Mandaue, Lapu-Lapu, Mactan, Talisay and Consolacion. See our current published wholesale pricing → for exact per-kilo rates; delivery is charged separately and confirmed as part of your quote.
Same-day delivery across Metro Cebu
Order before 11 AM and we deliver the same day to:
- Cebu City — uptown, downtown, IT Park, business districts
- Mandaue City — cafés, commissaries and offices
- Lapu-Lapu & Mactan — resorts, hotels and beachfront restaurants
- Talisay & Consolacion — and nearby Metro Cebu towns
Outside Metro Cebu? We ship nationwide to Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao in 3–7 business days — just tell us your city.
Why local beats shipping from Manila
Coffee is freshest in the first 2–4 weeks after roasting. Beans trucked or flown in from Manila lose 2–5 days of that window in transit, and arrive already aging, before they even hit your grinder. A local Cebu supplier keeps your beans fresher and your supply reliable, especially during typhoon season when inter-island shipping stalls. Agross packs every order fresh in Talisay City, Cebu, whole or ground at no extra charge.
How Delivery Is Charged
Delivery is free within Metro Cebu on orders of 50 kg and up. Below 50 kg a delivery fee applies, confirmed with your quote, based on your location and order size. Same-day Metro Cebu delivery on orders placed before 11 AM is fast and reliable regardless of order size.
Metro Cebu wholesale prices
Agross publishes transparent per-kilo pricing across the full range, with a lower rate at higher order volumes. Minimum order is 1kg.

How to size your standing order
Delivery speed only helps if your order size is right. Start from consumption, not from the price tier. At a 20g dose, one kilo gives about 50 double shots, so a bar pulling 600 drinks a week gets through roughly 12kg.
Whether to order weekly or consolidate into a larger, less frequent order is a trade-off: a bigger order may reach a lower price tier (see current pricing), but more of it sits in your store room aging before use. Work the numbers through your own cost per cup before you decide.
If your storage is cool, dry and dark, consolidating into a larger order can work. If beans sit next to the oven, take the weekly delivery and keep the freshness instead.
Whichever you choose, set a reorder point rather than ordering when you notice the bin is empty. A simple rule works: when you are down to one week of stock, place the next order. Same-day delivery means a missed reorder is recoverable, but only if you catch it before 11 AM.
Delivery needs by business type
Cafés
The highest and most predictable volume. A weekly or fortnightly standing order suits most bars.
Hotels and resorts
Demand spikes at breakfast and around events, and urns use far more grams per serve than an espresso machine. Order the two lines separately and give the kitchen a delivery window that does not collide with the breakfast service.
Restaurants
Low volume and slow turnover, so freshness at the door matters more than the tier. Small, frequent orders are the better trade, and the 1kg minimum makes that practical.
Offices and co-working spaces
Consumption is steady and easy to forecast. Ground packs suit most office machines, and a standing monthly order sized to headcount usually beats guessing.
Ordering from outside Metro Cebu
Nationwide shipping to Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao takes 3 to 7 business days, so the planning changes in three ways.
- Move your reorder point earlier. Hold enough stock to cover the longest end of that window plus a few days, not the shortest.
- Order less often, in larger lots. Fewer shipments suit a longer lead time, and a larger order is more likely to reach a lower price tier.
- Take storage seriously. A larger order only pays off if the beans stay good. Storage habits for Philippine businesses covers heat, humidity and light, which are the three things working against you here.
Plan around the calendar as well. Long weekends, holidays and the wet season all stretch transit, so bring your order forward rather than trying to make up the time afterwards.
What to have ready before you order
Having these to hand turns a first order into a single message rather than a back-and-forth:
- Business name and delivery address, with a landmark if the street is hard to find
- Which Metro Cebu area you are in, or your city if you are shipping nationwide
- Weekly or monthly kilos, so we can suggest the right tier and delivery fee
- Bean or blend, or tell us your menu split and we will suggest one
- Whole bean or ground, and if ground, the machine it is for
- Your preferred delivery window and who receives the order
- Payment method: cash, bank deposit, InstaPay, GCash, MasterCard, Visa or Amex
